After a bit of a scare, Meadow eased past Rico's to reach the Sulwath Shield final again, looking to retain the trophy they won last year. Match Reports now up to date too! Quiz to work on next.

The fixtures are now up, and the first couple of match reports too.

This will be held on Friday 23rd April at 7.30 pm in the Back Room of the New Bazaar.

We are always on the look out for more players, so if you know of anyone else interested in playing, again please let me know.

As the regular season has now come to a close, Batting and Bowling Averages are now available in Excel format from the Download page, and the final match reports have been added.

I would also be keen to see if we have enough interest in having an end of season night out. Perhaps a meal of some sort and a few drinks? Anyone interested let me know by email to neil@irvingmeadow.co.uk, or by clicking on the relevant page here.

On Sunday 9th August Meadow lifted the Sulwath Shield, beating Coatbridge Coldstore Colts in the final of the Midweek League Cup, our first trophy in 22 years.

Thanks to a comprehensive win last night against the Police, Irving Meadow are now through to the final of the Sulwath Shield.

The final is due to be held on Sunday August 9th at Nunholm where the opponents will be Coatbridge Coldstore Colts.

League Season now underway and match reports will be added as we go along, along with a League table on the Downloads page.

Withnell United were up over the weekend of 16th & 17th May, and we managed to beat them at both Football and Cricket for a change! Match reports to follow, hopefully with some photos, courtesy of Mrs Craig.

I know that I've let things slip over the winter period, but intend to update the site over the next couple of weeks as the new season approaches.

The AGM was held on Friday 27th March 2009 at the New Bazaar. The minutes have been emailed out and can also be viewed from the Download page, along with averages for last season.
